Terms of Service

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• All information you provide to us is accurate, truthful, and complete
• You will notify us immediately of any changes to information provided

AEC Studies provides overseas education consultancy services including but not limited to:

• Profile evaluation and counselling
• University and course selection guidance
• Application preparation and submission support
• Visa documentation assistance and interview preparation
• IELTS and OET coaching referrals
• Post-arrival settlement guidance

As a client of AEC Studies, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, genuine, and complete documents and information at all times
• Not submit fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents — doing so may result in immediate termination of services and legal action
• Respond promptly to requests for information or documents
• Attend scheduled appointments and interviews punctually
• Not engage with other consultancies for the same application without prior disclosure
• Make payments on time as agreed in your service contract

• Service fees are communicated transparently during your initial consultation and detailed in your signed service agreement
• Fees are exclusive of government charges, university application fees, visa fees, courier charges, and test registration fees, which are payable separately
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or cash at our Kochi office
• Applicable GST and taxes will be charged as per Indian government regulations

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Visa Rejection: In the event of a visa rejection despite proper documentation submission, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis as per your signed agreement
• Client Withdrawal: If you withdraw from the application process, fees already incurred for services rendered are non-refundable
• University Application Fees: Third-party application fees paid to universities are non-refundable under any circumstances
• Document Fraud: No refunds will be issued if services are terminated due to submission of fraudulent documents by the client

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@aec-edu.com and will be reviewed within 15 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AEC Studies shall not be liable for visa rejections, university admission refusals, or changes in immigration policies by any government
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from delays caused by third parties including universities, embassies, or courier services
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AEC Studies for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind

All content on www.aec-edu.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of AEC Studies Pvt Ltd and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent
• The AEC Studies name, logo, and brand elements are registered trademarks and may not be used without permission
• Personal use of website content for informational purposes is permitted

• The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect the most current regulatory or institutional requirements
• University details, tuition fees, and program information are subject to change by respective institutions without notice
• Success stories and testimonials on our website reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar outcomes
• External links on our site are provided for convenience — we do not endorse or take responsibility for third-party websites

AEC Studies reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately and without refund if:

• You provide false, fraudulent, or misleading information or documents
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff
• You breach any provision of these Terms
• Payment obligations are not met as agreed

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Kerala
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct negotiation
• Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India
• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) applies to all services rendered to individual consumers
